Terms of service

We run a SUB/WAVE station for you: the streaming stack, the AI DJ (language model and speech), a subdomain, software updates, and nightly backups of your station's configuration. You connect your own Navidrome music server; we never host, copy, or supply music.

Your station plays music from your own library to a stream you control. The service is designed and licensed for personal, private listening — you and your household or invited friends, with a technical limit on simultaneous listeners. You are solely responsible for holding whatever rights your use of your music requires in your jurisdiction, including if you choose to share your stream more widely. We do not grant, and cannot grant, any music licence. If we receive a credible infringement complaint about your station, we may suspend it while it is resolved.

Each subscription includes a monthly allowance of AI usage (DJ writing and speech). When it runs out, music keeps playing and the DJ goes quiet until the next month. Attempting to use the station's AI credentials for anything other than the station is not allowed.

One subscription per station, billed monthly by Stripe, with a 7-day free trial (card required, charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel). Two tiers — Standard and Premium — differ in the DJ's voice and voice allowance; you can switch between them any time from the station console, prorated by Stripe. Cancel any time from the billing page: the station stays up until the end of the paid period, is then suspended, and its configuration is kept for 30 days before deletion. • No unlawful content or use, including infringing broadcasts.
• No attempts to break, probe, or overload the platform or other stations.
• No reselling or publicly redistributing the stream as a commercial service.

Your station's configuration lives on our servers and is backed up nightly. Your Navidrome credentials are stored so your station can reach your music, and are used for nothing else. See the privacy policy for the full picture.

This is a small, honest service, not a bank: we aim for high availability, apply updates carefully (our own station first), and alert ourselves when anything is unhealthy — but we do not offer a formal SLA during beta. We may change plans or prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes never apply retroactively to a paid period.

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
